Exchange & Returns Policy

For Online Purchases:

  • You can return items within 10 days from the delivery date.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be made after we receive your return.

  • Online store doesn't support exchanges. 
  • To return an item, email support@mashaonline.com to schedule a one-time pickup.

  • Allow 2–3 business days for your items to reach us and another 3 business days to process the refund.

  • Your bank may take 7–14 business days to show the refund in your account.

  • Returns will not be accepted after the 10-day period.

For Sale Items:

  • You can exchange sale items within 7 days of purchase at a Masha that stocks the same product category.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • You can request a one-time return pickup within 7 days of delivery. If eligible, we’ll issue you a voucher for the same amount.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Please keep your receipt.

  • Returns must be made in the same country where the item was purchased.

  • No returns will be accepted during the first 3 days of any in-store sale or promotion.
