1. About These Terms
These terms apply to any products you buy from MASHA. through our website mashaonline.com, by phone, or other online methods. When you place an order and receive confirmation emails, you’re entering into an agreement with us.
We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on our website. The version that applies to you will be the one active when you place your order.
These terms are for purchases only. For using the website itself, check our Website Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
2. Placing Orders
You can place an order by following the steps on our website. Make sure to double-check your order before submitting.
We’ll email you when we receive your order—but this doesn’t mean it’s confirmed. Your order is only accepted once you get an email from us saying it’s been dispatched.
If a product is unavailable or there’s a pricing issue, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund if you’ve already paid.
3. Prices and Payment
You’ll need to provide payment info when placing an order. We can charge your card anytime between your order and confirmation. COD is also available.
Prices are listed clearly on the website. If we accidentally list the wrong price, we’ll let you know before accepting your order.
Prices include VAT (if applicable), but not delivery fees. Delivery costs are shown during checkout.
4. Product Availability and Images
All orders depend on availability. We don’t guarantee that everything shown on our site is always in stock.
Product packaging and images might look different in real life. We try to show colors accurately, but your screen might display them differently.
5. Delivery
We’ll try to estimate a delivery date when you order and confirm it later. We can’t guarantee exact times.
Delivery fees will be shown during checkout. Delivery means you (or someone at your address) signs for the item.
You can track your delivery through our courier partner.
6. International Orders
If you’re ordering from outside Pakistan, you might have to pay import taxes or duties. We don’t control these charges, and they’re your responsibility.
Make sure you follow local laws. We’re not liable if you break them.
7. Cancelling Orders
You can cancel or change your order before it’s shipped by emailing us at support@mashaonline.com.
Check our Returns and Cancellation Policy for more info. Some items (like personalized or hygiene-related products) can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
If you receive a faulty item, let us know within 10 days to get a refund. After that, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement.
8. Our Responsibility
If a product is faulty and you tell us within 10 days, you can get a refund. After that, we’ll offer a repair or replacement.
We’re only responsible for losses that are foreseeable, not unexpected damages or business-related losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the product.
We don’t limit our responsibility where it’s against the law—like for personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9. Other Terms
These terms follow the law. If there’s a disagreement, it must be handled in court.
Only you and MASHA. are part of this agreement—no one else has rights under it.
We may transfer our contract with you to another company, but your rights won’t change.
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, the rest still applies.
We’re not responsible for anything caused by events beyond our control.

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
